Pregnancy Classes
During pregnancy, our body change in many ways. Perhaps the most obvious is how our posture changes which cause the muscles supporting our pelvis, hips and back to stretch. Learn how to safely and effectively exercise the correct muscles so you can support these areas. Find how maintaining or improving your strength and coordination of these muscles will leave you feeling more supported and better prepared for the demands of labour and motherhood.
