For Physiotherapy and Massage appointments:

We understand that sometimes you’re going to need to cancel your appointment.  Please can you let us know as soon as possible.  In order to cover the costs of missed appointments, we have to charge for appointments missed or those cancelled within 48 hours. If you are unsure whether you can attend, it's best to contact us as soon as possible.

Appointments cancelled with more than 48 hours .................................Free of Charge

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice..........................................£20

Appointments missed with no contact or notification of cancellation........Full Cost of appointment

*Note: if you, the therapist or a dependant become unwell with covid-19 symptoms or similar then full cancellation can occur.

For Pilates and Rehab classes

 

• All classes are 55 minutes long.

• Classes are non-refundable

• Classes can non-transferable however clients can attend in person or online ‘catch up’ sessions (where space allows) within a week of the missed class.

• Classes must be paid in full and in advance of the course.

• On attending the first class, no refund can be given for the cancellation of the term.

• Classes are valid for the duration of the course for which they were registered.

• There is no transferal of classes from term to term, course to course or person to person.

• Classes may be cancelled due to circumstances out of your Instructor’s control eg poor weather conditions, sickness, closure of venue.
