What is Pregnancy Pilates?
These classes are aimed at women from 12 weeks into their pregnancy. The class is aimed to educate you on the changes that are occuring during pregnancy and to strengthen and help balance the body through this time. Bringing your awareness to work on breathing and relaxation techniques, pelvic floor and global mobility and optimisation of posture and general well being.
