Pilates is an excellent form of exercise to help maintain and improve strength, posture.

New in person class starting 16th September - 21st October

Payment is via block booking each half term. Once booked payment is non-refundable however if you do need to miss a week due to illness I will send you an online equivalent

 

Completion of a screening form is required prior to participation.
