All women (and men) have a pelvic floor. Pelvic health physiotherapy can help through all stages of a women’s life including those without children, many years after having a baby and menopause. With a tailored rehab plan, time and some commitment you can achieve symptom improvement or resolution, hopefully finding a more balanced and stronger you along the way.
